Skyler and I ran 13 miles in the snow covered trails of Blydenburgh County Park (2 laps)- small hills included- today. She did take a dip in the stream that was running (what a way to take an ice bath)!!.....
Tomorrow, Skyler has the day off (well deserved day off) and sandy will join me for a shorter run.....
