TIME TO UPDATE

Steamtown Marathon

Here it is 11pm, I already slept for three hours- can't get back to sleep- so I'm blogging.....

After Steamtown- I move onto final training for the NY marathon....then....

the Smithtown Dog Run Dog 5k/ 10k run/ race on November 14.....this is the race I'm waiting for- I'm putting it together and running it with my dog!.....

More later- after the marathon!!

Birthday Run

Skyler, Candycane, Sandy, and myself went for a birthday run to start my 37th year off on the right foot sort of speak!! Watch the video and see the highlights of our wonderful REAL trail run!!

It's been awhile.....

Since our last post.... Skyler and I have been training and racing- We did the Dog Run Dog 10k in Provincetown, MA and came in first place.... and we did the NYC IAMS Nautica Doggy Dash in Central Park, a 5 mile race running along side the NYC Tri competitors....helping each other on.....We finished this race in 53:35....an awesome time- and that's including a 5 minute MANDATORY rest stop and vet check!! Up next: Dog Run Dog 10k in VT, check out the race at www.dogrundog.com Our best buddy Candycane maybe joining us for this race- we'll see!! See you on the course! Skyler and Pam (and Candycane)

April 26th- MORE Half marathon, Central Park

April 19- I will be going into the city
with Skyler to run Central Park, while the Run as One 4 mile race is going
on........
May 10- NYRR 4 mile
May16- NYRR 10k
June 7- NYRR Mini 10k
June 21- NYRR 5 mile
June 28- NYRR 5 mile
The next time I plan on going into the city is for the Doggy Dash after the
28th- well the weekend of the NYC Tri- and I have to drive because I will
have my dog!

*We will be timing the runs we do on each of these days as we don't want to
get left behind too much at the Doggy Dash and hopefully this way Skyler
will have a paw up and know the Central Park area well by then!!
